We are currently seeking a Casual Guest Service Agent/Hotel Receptionist.

What we are looking for:

A customer service focused individual, with strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation

A passionate person who can make both their colleagues and guests smile

Someone with apparent energy and a positive attitude, that they will bring with them to every single shift

Prior experience in Hospitality & or customer service industry

Previous experience with Protel or similar highly regarded

Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holiday

Ability to assist across other departments of the Hotel when required.

As our next Guest Service Agent, you will:

Greet and check in/out guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area

Manage phone calls, email enquiries, reservations, and guest requests

Assist with administrative duties, including invoicing and record-keeping maintaining Guest Accounts.

Ensure the lobby area is clean, presentable, and inviting

Resolve any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency

Communicate efficiently and effectively with other employees, departments and guests.

Assist with other area's of the Hotel as required.
