We are seeking a passionate, qualified and experienced full-time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) for a 1 year fixed term period to join our dynamic team based in Rockdale (Rockdale Plaza). If you’re ready to contribute to the growth of young learners and thrive in a vibrant, community-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and mentor educators to achieve excellence.
• Lead the team in delivering a dynamic planning and curriculum cycle tailored to each child's needs.
• Ensure accessible and engaging documentation of children's learning that meets regulatory standards.
• Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
• Champion high health and safety standards always.

What We’re Looking For:
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• NESA Early Childhood Teacher Accreditation.
• At least 2 years experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Full working rights is a must.
• An approved child protection statement.
• A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certifications.
• A heart aligned with our Christian ethos and values.
