About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our vibrant team at Hand in Hand Early Learning Centre in South Wentworthville, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care to our young learners.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Provide a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of children
• Observe, document and assess children's learning and development, and use this information to inform future planning
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the broader community
• Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve pedagogical practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
• Registered or eligible for registration as an Early Childhood Teacher in NSW
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher
• Excellent understanding of child development and ability to create engaging learning experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for early childhood education
