About the role:
As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you will:
- Develop and deliver engaging, play-based educational programs for children aged 3-5 years.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through meaningful interactions and learning experiences.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity, exploration, and curiosity.
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure high-quality educational practices and meet individual children’s needs.
- Build strong and supportive relationships with families to ensure a collaborative approach to each child’s learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contribute to the centre’s commitment to quality.
- Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a positive, professional, and supportive team culture.

What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification (ECT).
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Current working with children check and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
