The Role

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR practices and processes, ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals, and helping continue the positive workplace culture. This is a hands-on role focused on everything from talent acquisition to employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR strategies with business objectives, supporting a positive organisational culture.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment process, from drafting job ads to conducting interviews and ensuring compliance with employment agreements.
• Employee Relations: Facilitate conflict resolution, handle employee concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and employee development initiatives, supporting career progression.
• Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and wellbeing.
• Compliance & HR Policies: Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and labour regulations.
• Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
