The Opportunity:
As a Paid Social Specialist at First Page, you will dive deep into the technical intricacies of paid social campaigns, leveraging your expertise to drive exceptional results. Joining a specialised performance agency that houses some of the brightest marketing minds globally, you’ll experience unparalleled collaboration and knowledge sharing within our exceptional team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Executing tests, measuring, collecting, and analysing data to identify trends and insights, ensuring maximum ROI across multiple paid social campaigns and your wider client portfolio.
Tracking, reporting, and analysing website analytics and Paid Social initiatives, implementing best practices to optimise performance.
Independently create campaigns aligned with best practices across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest platforms.
Optimising campaign copy and performance metrics continuously to meet clients' goals and KPIs.
Ensuring spend pacing is on track for all accounts, escalating any challenges well before the end of the month.
Collaborating with design, content, SEO, and Search teams to define advertising requirements and align all content with Paid Social best practices.
Serving as a technical point of contact for the Account Management team, addressing any technical questions.
Conducting market research on consumer trends and competing brands, utilizing data to inform marketing strategies.
Monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as conversion rate, CPCs, CPMs, ROI, CPL, and customer acquisition rates.
Generating performance reports and analytics for presentation and review, staying abreast of the latest advancements in social media trends, PPC strategies, and best practices.
Performing daily checks to ensure campaigns are running smoothly, and completing all tasks within the allocated deadlines.
Recommending and implementing new features and betas for clients, providing training and support to the team.
Ensuring all activities and workflows are logged and tracked in our CRM (SENTR).
What We're Looking For:
Extensive experience in the Paid Social space, particularly with Meta, Instagram, and Facebook.
Proven track record in building and optimising campaigns for both e-commerce and service-based clients.
Knowledge of backend systems, including Shopify and WordPress.
Familiarity with Google backend tools and metrics.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
