We are seeking a Chief Client Officer (CCO) for a high-performing and fast-growing digital agency, poised to become one of the top agencies in Australia.
Reporting to the CEO, your primary mission is to enhance client retention, satisfaction, and growth by leading the Client Success (account management) department and the Client Retention Transformation project. This is the perfect opportunity to build and shape client retention for an agency
You will be part of a senior leadership team, working with industry leaders across sales, account management, SEO, paid search and paid social. The majority of the agency's clients are SMBs, across both lead gen and e-commerce.
As leader of the Client Retention Transformation project, you will develop, implement and manage internal systems and processes to uplift client retention and improve operational efficiency, leading a small team of account managers and taking the senior leadership team on the journey.
You'll be involved in strategy, client management, senior leadership, people management, transformation, capability uplifts, operational excellence initiatives, project management, research, analytics and reporting.
Your role includes ~50% hands-on account management, managing a small portfolio of the agency's key multi-channel clients, setting their strategic direction and optimising their digital marketing projects
If you’d like to apply for this role, you MUST have:
Minimum of 10 years in digital marketing agencies, with experience in senior leadership, capability uplifts, team management, account management and performance management.
Successful track record in uplifting client retention for a digital marketing agency, including improving project execution, cross-department communication, and overall client experience.
Strategy and technical performance management skills across paid search, paid social and SEO (nice to have), for both lead generation and eCommerce clients.
A willingness for 50% of your role to be hands-on account management.
Experience presenting and selling digital marketing solutions and reports to business owners, senior leaders and marketing managers of small to large businesses.
The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and mature environment
The desire and self-motivation to work 100% remotely within Melbourne business hours.
