Allsports Physiotherapy is looking for a confident, organised Receptionist to join our close-knit teams at Wavell Heights and Aspley. You'll work alongside physios, podiatrists, and EPs to help patients feel genuinely cared for—every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Leading and mentoring reception staff across two busy, patient-first clinics

· Managing bookings, payments, and patient records with accuracy and care

· Creating a calm, welcoming front-of-house experience—even on busy days

· Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to keep everything running smoothly

· Flexing between Wavell Heights and Aspley as needed

About You:

· Previous medical or allied health reception experience is desirable, not essential

· You’re friendly, reliable, and love helping people

· You’re organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure

· You’re confident with admin systems and a quick learner with new tech

· You’re flexible and happy to work across two well-established clinics
