Technical Business Analyst & Systems Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a professional and committed Technical Business Analyst & Systems Support Specialist with experience with Microsoft-based solutions such as O365, Power Automate workflows, and PowerBI report development to join our team in Perth. Experience with industry innovation and PPM tools will be well regarded and training provided in configuration of the edison365 suite of products. Your ability to support our senior and principal consultants gathering business and functional requirements and turn your attention to configuration and implementation services will require you take on accountability, can work autonomously and will be key to your success in this role.

The following skills & experience are required:

Candidates with relevant professional experience or relevant Qualifications in Information Technology, Business or Systems

Experience working with Microsoft O365 and the Microsoft Power Platform

Microsoft Power BI data modelling and reporting design

Demonstrated ability in translating business requirements to a technical configuration

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to support requirements gathering workshops, process mapping, scope definition, requirements definition, functional design, testing, and implementation

Documentation skills, including business, technical and training documentation

The capability to pick up and support new software and solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The following experience would be highly regarded but not essential:

Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting role

Hold a Microsoft Certification in Power Automate / Apps, Power BI, Azure, O365, Dynamics365

Advanced workflow development using Power Automate or n8n

Implementation of large IT solutions involving significant business change

Previous experience working on PPM Implementations or an understanding of PMOs and Project Controls environments
