Oversee daily operations across care, lifestyle, hospitality and compliance functions

You

Proven leadership experience in residential aged care

Calm, structured and people-centred

Clinical background (RN or equivalent) strongly preferred

Passionate about aged care and quality service delivery

Skilled in communication, engagement and team development
