The exciting opportunity:

  • Operational responsibility for a 80 bed facility 10kms East of Perth’s CBD
  • Hold full profit and loss responsibility; drive funding, manage costs and maximise resources to achieve financial targets
  • Lead the facility to maintain compliance with assistance from a Clinical Nurse Manager and supportive head office team
  • Manage, inspire and mentor a multi-disciplinary team creating a culture founded on excellence with staff committed to best practice, person centred care
  • Conduct audits and implement quality improvement activities so residents and their families’ expectations are not just met, but exceeded
  • Develop genuine and productive relationships with residents and their families to provide an exceptional customer experience

About you:

  • Experience in a Service Manager or Operations Manager role, ideally within the health or aged care sectors
  • Proven track record working towards legislation and helping a service achieve accreditation
  • Excellent finance and business acumen; demonstrated ability delivering exceptional care and customer service within a multi-million dollar budget
  • Driven, confident, resilient, flexible, results oriented and committed to ongoing continuous improvement
  • Personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
