The Role:

The Customer Service/Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing logistics, warehouse management, customer service and office administration, ensuring efficient product flow, on time delivery, and strong customer relationships, while also providing support to the Directors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers, customs agents, and manage stock reconciliation, ensuring timely product delivery and clearing.
  • Take full responsibility and accountability for the warehouse operations.
  • Process orders, manage on-time deliveries, handle customer inquiries, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure proper filing, document management and any other administrative tasks that are required to support smooth operations.
  • Assist the Directors with tasks to improve service delivery to various departments.
  • Provide leads to sales representatives and assist with customer samples etc.

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Customer Service/Logistics.
  • Experience in managing logistics, product flow, and stock management.
  • Familiarity with ordering processes, lead times, and importing products from overseas.
  • Knowledge of regulatory issues related to logistics and customer service.
  • Experience with warehousing and managing customer service operations.
  • Previous experience in handling freight costs, GST, and import costs.
  • Experience using software like MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and JD Edwards.
