We are a close-knit team that has built a reputation for providing bookkeeping excellence to the automotive industry and for that reason we are looking to grow our team with another experienced Bookkeeper.

With initial training provided on-site at our Port Melbourne office, you will be trained by industry professionals with the view to being placed on-site at one of our many automotive clients across Melbourne. This will be done according to your location, so you don’t have to travel far after the initial training period. You can even nominate the hours you work (4-40) Bonus!

About the Role

As an experienced bookkeeper you will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, adaptable to work across multiple dealer sites and develop skills across industry-specific software (Eclipse, Dealer Logic or Easy Cars) for inventory control, bank reconciliations, invoices, and management of Vic Roads (transfers).

Salary will be negotiated dependent upon experience.

Please note working from home will only be offered with this role if you have at least 5 years Automotive experience and require minimal training and supervision.
