Qualifications & experience
1-2 years administrative/reception experience preferred but not essential
Competent using Microsoft Windows, navigating & filing documents in appropriate folders
Competent using the Microsoft suite of applications including Excel, Outlook & Word
Proficient with Xero Accounting & Payroll preferred but not essential
Ability to or willingness to learn effective internal communication skills and professional phone manner
A strong attention to detail and effective task and time management
Have demonstrated an interest in and basic knowledge of the Real Estate Industry
Job Role:
Part-time work
3 Days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Hours 8am - 4pm (including 1 hour break)
Tasks & responsibilities
General client service tasks
Handling phone & walk-in inquiries with effective communication skills
Assisting our Operations Manager in completing weekly client reporting tasks
Monitoring business email accounts & actioning items as directed
Assisting our Operations Manager with preparation for and running of weekly Finance and Admin Meeting, including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable
General office duties to maintain a clean and tidy workspace
Social media support tasks as directed
Personal assistant related tasks for directors & senior staff
Ensuring that all tasks and processes are completed thoroughly and on time
