About the Roles:
We are seeking passionate and driven professionals for two key positions: Educational Leader and Preschool Educator. Both roles are essential in enhancing the educational experience for our children and supporting our dedicated team of educators.

Role 1: Educational Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality educational programs that are developmentally appropriate and aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and curriculum guidelines.

• Lead and mentor a team of educators, collaborating closely with the Centre Director to foster a professional and positive work environment.

• Ensure adherence to the National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulatory requirements, promoting continuous improvement across all areas of practice.

• Develop trusting relationships with children, encouraging their voice and active participation in their learning journey.

• Foster partnerships with families through regular communication regarding their child’s development and educational experiences.

• Maintain and implement the organisation’s policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance with regulations.

Role 2: Preschool Educator

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities that support children’s development

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.

• Develop meaningful relationships with children, fostering a sense of belonging, security, and identity.

• Communicate regularly with families about their child’s progress and encourage their involvement in the educational process.

• Work collaboratively with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience and support each other in professional development.

Skills and Qualifications (For Both Roles):

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma equivalent qualification (Must be an ACECQA approved qualification)
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Proven leadership skills for the Educational Leader position; strong understanding of early childhood development for the Preschool Educator position.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous improvement in education and care.
