We are currently seeking x2 Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) and an Educational Leader to join our passionate team and help shape the future of education for young children.

Roles in offer:
1. Educational Leader: Working collaboratively with the Service management to help their service reach the heights of success.
Salary: $38.15 - $39.39 (hourly)
2. Early childhood Teacher: Delivering the kind funding program.
Salary: $45.92-$63.65 (hourly)
3. Early Childhood Teacher: Providing support as per the centre needs.
Salary: $$41.88-$57.94 (hourly)

Key Responsibilities:

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

• Evaluate and document educational programs to ensure they meet individual learning goals.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.

Educational Leader

• Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Guide the development, planning, and evaluation of educational programs, ensuring they meet the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Build strong relationships with families, children, and external agencies to enhance the learning environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• For Educational Leader role: Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent qualification as recognized by ACECQA.
  For the ECT role: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent qualification as recognized by ACECQA or higher.
• A current Working With Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
• First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills & Attributes:

• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs tailored to individual children's needs.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and support a team of educators (Educational Leader).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues.
• A commitment to professional growth and reflection.

Desirable Skills & Knowledge:

• Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role within Early Childhood settings (Educational Leader).
• Experience working in a service that caters to diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
• Familiarity with Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
• Proficiency with relevant technology and software for documentation and communication.
