About the Role – Educational Leader

As an Early Childhood Teacher (Educational Leader), you will play a key role in shaping our educational programs and supporting educators in delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of educational programs aligned with EYLF and NQS.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
• Mentor and support educators to enhance teaching practices and program quality.
• Assist in planning, documenting, and evaluating learning experiences.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, reporting requirements, and legislation.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community.

About You

We are looking for a motivated leader who:

• Is passionate about early childhood education and continuous learning.
• Enjoys mentoring and guiding fellow educators.
• Has a strong understanding of the NQS, EYLF, and best educational practices.
• Excels at building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Thrives in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent, as recognised by ACECQA).
• Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within an early childhood setting is desirable.
