Statewide Appliance Spares is growing fast so we need an enthusiastic person with a willingness to learn and enhance their existing customer service skills. This person will enjoy working in a supportive team environment and helping our valued customers identify the parts they need. No cold calling. Appliance spare parts experience is not necessary as we provide full on the job training.

For over 40 years, Statewide Appliance Spares has been a leading national distributor and retailer of appliance spare parts and equipment for the most popular domestic and commercial appliance manufacturers. Brands supported by Statewide Appliance Spares include LG, Panasonic, Electrolux, Fisher & Paykel, Samsung, Fujitsu, Bosch and many more.

We are seeking a reliable person to join our dedicated Customer Service Care team to fill a permanent fulltime position in our busy office.

The main duties and responsibilities for this role will be to:

Efficiently & attentively respond to customer enquiries by phone or email or in person in our retail shop.

Efficiently conduct spare parts identification and interpretation.

Accurately keying and processing of customer orders.

Effectively communicate with customers on the status of their orders.

The successful person MUST have the following skills and attributes:

A bright and enthusiastic personality.

Be competent in using computers.

Be flexible in performing a variety of tasks.

Proven to be self-motivated, reliable and responsible.

Display clear, professional and confident English communication skills.

Ability to learn quickly & possess a willingness to continually develop.

In addition you should have:

Preferable some solid work history in a phone call centre or have customer service experience.

Effective telephone communication skills.

An efficient and well organised nature.

The ability to follow processes and procedures.

A track record of being reliable and flexible

Have no Australian Visa work restrictions
