The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding customer experiences. You’ll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing essential support to internal stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders and credits with high accuracy.
• Managing customer accounts, updating contract pricing, and maintaining records.
• Responding to sales enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to improve processes.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administration, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment. You’ll be a confident communicator, capable of handling customer inquiries professionally while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales support role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• A proactive attitude with a keen eye for process improvements.
