T&K Airpower is a leading Air conditioning company in Adelaide. Our work ranges from residential to light commercial projects including maintenance and new installations. We are known for our excellent levels of customer service and ability to fix problems that other companies can’t or won’t. As a result the business has grown and we have decided that it is time to get some help – but we only want the best help! Are you good enough?

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a minimum 38 hours per week (times to be negotiated between the successful applicant and Directors) who will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager in ensuring all phone calls are answered and jobs are booked into our scheduling system as well as various other office activities are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner. You may currently be working for another Air conditioning / electrical or related Trade Business and be looking for a new challenge.

Wherever you currently are, this is what you must be able to do to qualify to work at T&K Airpower:

Be responsible for taking phone calls and converting them to jobs for tradesmen.

Have excellent customer service skills and phone manner and communicate effectively with clients.

Communicate effectively with team members regarding ordering and job progress.

Assist with marketing activities (e.g. mailing letters, customer database, social media etc.).

Strive towards producing high quality work in appropriate time frame at all times.

Have fun enjoy and be proud of what you achieve in your working day.

Be motivated and help your team to meet timelines and uphold the T&K professional image.

Have a minimum 1 years’ experience in a Customer Service role (for a Air Conditioning or related Trade Business will be an advantage.)

Call centre experience preferred.

Experience using SimPRO or Service Titan is sought after but not essential
