The Role

As a Senior Project Engineer/ Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating crews and subcontractors, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of major bulk earthworks. You will play a critical role in keeping the project on schedule and to standard.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee bulk earthworks crews and subcontractors.
• Drive safe, productive, and efficient execution of works.
• Troubleshoot and make real-time decisions on-site.
• Maintain strong communication with engineering and project management teams.

What You Bring:

• Significant experience supervising bulk earthworks in civil or mining environments.
• Confident leadership and site coordination skills.
• A “get-it-done” mindset with a safety-first approach.
• No formal engineering qualification required – your experience speaks for itself.
