We own and/or manage more than 7,000 homes, accommodating over 8500 tenants across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, New South Wales and Western Australia.

We provide a culture that supports individuals to be their best, with opportunities for personal and career development. We are committed to cultivating an equal, diverse, and inclusive environment for our staff, residents, and stakeholders.

What you'll do

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the National Digital Contact Centre project from initiation to completion. Your expertise in Agile project management will ensure successful execution, while your ability to engage with stakeholders—including internal teams, executives, and vendors—will keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project roadmaps, sprints, and Agile reporting dashboards.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring accountability for deliverables.

Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to foster collaboration.

Align digital transformation initiatives with Australian social housing compliance requirements.

Provide insights on budget tracking, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

Champion continuous improvement by identifying and driving system enhancements.

About You:

5+ years’ experience in project management, ideally within Microsoft CRM and Azure ecosystems.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects in Agile environments.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Digital Contact Centre (CRM), Dynamics Sales, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Fabric.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.

Strong knowledge of Australian social housing compliance and regulatory requirements.

Experience managing project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

A strategic thinker who can drive results in a fast-paced, complex environment.

What we offer in return
