The role and the team

As the Electronic Monitoring Logistics & Inventory Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, organising, and coordinating the supply, storage, and distribution of electronic monitoring equipment in South Australia, reporting to the Technical Manager. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring inventory levels to meet supply requirements and controlling stock levels, including reordering equipment as necessary.
• Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of all equipment inventory items.
• Planning and coordinating the packaging, handling, and transportation of equipment.
• Maintaining accurate equipment data records and asset registers within relevant systems.
• Tracking the movement of supplies and goods, and performing all inwards and outwards freight services, including maintaining appropriate receipt/dispatch records.
• Liaising with other departments and stakeholders regarding equipment distribution and transportation.
• Assisting in regular audits to ensure compliance with equipment-related procedures.
• Assisting to collect, collate, and disseminate data on electronic monitoring device usage and effectiveness, and producing periodic and on-demand reports.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual with a keen interest in technology and its operation. Essential criteria include

• Previous experience with inventory management functions.
• Ability to audit equipment and maintain detailed records.
• High-level computer literacy and the ability to understand and interpret computer systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing demands.
• Knowledge of Electronic Monitoring technologies (desirable)
• A current Driver's License
