In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring smooth stock management, accurate forecasting while adhering to food safety standards. You’ll lead the stores team, support our busy venues and help drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Port leaders to optimise stock control and reduce waste.

Manage labour budgets through effective rostering and adherence to the Restaurant Industry Award.

Oversee monthly stocktakes and ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory.

Place orders based on sales trends and forecasted demand.

Ensure FIFO stock rotation and safe delivery of goods to venues.

Process orders and manage inventory using the Oracle system.

Lead and develop the stores team, ensuring high performance and compliance with training and safety standards.

Skills and Experience

2+ years of supervisory experience in inventory management or a related role.

Proficiency in Oracle Inventory Management highly desirable.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
