The Role

This newly created role is central to ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and accuracy across the inventory management system (Fishbowl). Your primary responsibility will be maintaining precise inventory data, streamlining processes previously managed across multiple team members, and ensuring alignment with GMP and regulatory standards.

You’ll liaise daily with logistics, production, and sales teams to track inventory through its entire lifecycle - from production to packaging and dispatch. While your role will be detail-focused, there will be plenty of opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and to develop your skills in a regulated industry environment.

The facility is located circa 19 minutes from Kerang and ~35 minutes from Swan Hill, VIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management - accurately maintain and reconcile inventory data, ensuring system records match physical stock.
• Compliance & GMP - ensure traceability and compliance with GMP/TGA requirements throughout the production cycle.
• Operational Support - collaborate closely with logistics, supply chain, and production teams to support accurate order processing and effective planning.
• Continuous Improvement - Identify data discrepancies, propose solutions, and actively contribute to process improvements and efficiencies.
• System Integration - digitise manual batch documentation, assist with broader systems (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI), and support internal reporting.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a detail-driven, organised individual who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment. Your proactive mindset and passion for accurate data management will set you apart. Ideally, you’ll have:

• 1–2 years’ experience in inventory, logistics, manufacturing admin, or similar.
• Strong data-entry skills with excellent accuracy and consistency.
• Systems familiarity, particularly with ERP or inventory software (Fishbowl experience advantageous but not essential).
• Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas, lookups).
• Comfort working in regulated environments (GMP/pharma/agriculture desirable).
• Problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
