The Role:

As the Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in securing and shaping the future pipeline of work. Providing mentoring and being the "subject matter expert" to the estimating team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and competitive tenders, managing subcontractor relationships, and working closely with senior management to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing mentoring and leadership to the estimating team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in all tenders.

Preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions.

Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.

Collaborating with directors and project teams to develop winning strategies.

Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

Extensive experience in commercial construction estimating.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

Exceptional attention to detail and a strategic mindset.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
