Prominent accounting and financial services firm seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretarial Services Manager. This newly created full-time permanent position is a result of business growth, and is the perfect opportunity for you to grow your own team.
Your new role
- Managing the Corporate Secretarial Services team and providing guidance to corporate services to respective clients
- Managing company incorporations and deregistrations
- Establishing discretionary and unit trusts
- Acting as a registered office for companies
- Acting as a Registered Agent with ASIC
- Attending to compliance obligations including Annual Company Statements
- Developing and executing a strategy in streamlining of corporate services
- Liaising with internal Partners and other divisions to help service their client needs
About You
- Previous experience in the management of corporate services or atleast 10 years' experience as a Senior Company Secretary is required
- Governance Institute of Australia qualification as a Company Secretary or a tertiary qualification in law or business/commerce highly desirable
- Knowledge of the Corporations Act, Corporate Governance
- Proven experience in the financial or professional services industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
