TheDriveGroup has partnered with an Atlassian Partner who provides managed services to clients across various industries such as Financial services, retail, government, and more. They are looking to bring on a JIRA Services Management Consultant to strengthen their offering to customers. You will be in a client-facing position where you will be mentoring customers to implement and optimize JSM to improve IT service management practices, enabling teams to deliver great service, fast, by managing requests, incidents, and changes. To be successful you MUST HAVE:
-JIRA Service Management Consultant experience
-Confiuration Management Database
-User Access - Atlassian Guard
-Migration from ServiceNow to JSM
-Automation/ Opsgenie (incident management tool)
-Excellent stakeholder management
-Execellent Communication Skills
You will need to be technically comfortable communicating with tech administrators and then translating to the business where needed.
