This opportunity is truly exciting, this company is able to provide a strong pipeline of projects from education, childcare, health, retail and industrial. The initial project will be a $30M education project with projects across Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast.

Duties:

• Management and coordination of sub-contractors
• Implementation of OH&S policies
• Ensuring the project is delivered to program and time-line
• Responsible for site logistics, equipment and deliveries
• Liaison with Project Management and full site team
• Project to achieve the standard of quality agreed with the client

What you will need:

• Strong past tenures with previous commercial construction builders
• Delivered from start to finish projects valued over $30M
• Experience with Tier 2 builders
• Be a driven and motivated Site Manager who is able to meet deadlines and work within a team
• QBCC Licence
