FrontLine supports employment and training pathways for Veterans and ex-Emergency Services to become Team Leaders / Section Leaders in Horticulture & Landscaping, Cleaning & Hygiene, Mowing & Gardening, Safety & Security, Support & Wellbeing, Care & Assistance and Advisors in Strategy, Planning, Operations, Safety, Security Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance.
About the role

We are looking for a great Client & Customer Team Leader with a dynamic and positive “can do” mindset to join our energetic Group working from our office in Kirrawee, Sydney, NSW.
The role involves continuous communication with potential customers and contacts, answering of incoming leads, calling back email and website contact form leads, being a soft ear to listen to complaints and feedback from clients and customers, and ensuring the right information about a customer gets to the right Service Delivery leader in the Company to respond quickly and effectively.
Above all else, ensuring we are understand what our customers need and helping to meet their expectations for customer service and quality service delivery.

- An enthusiastic and positive approach to all duties
- Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team and sharing your knowledge with others
- Attention to detail when dealing with high levels of customer data
- Good computer skills and experience with dealing in customer queries
