The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Care Team Leader to lead and develop our dedicated Customer Care Officers. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, while driving team performance and creating a culture of excellence. Your Mission:
Lead, inspire, and support a high-performing team of Customer Care Officers, ensuring a motivated, engaged, and satisfied team.
Own and drive customer satisfaction by handling escalated issues and resolving complaints with speed and professionalism.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the outsourced Warehouse, to ensure smooth operations.
Become the subject matter expert for our ERP system, guiding the team to be proficient and effective users.
Provide insights through regular performance reports that highlight success and opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience leading a customer care or service team, with a track record of driving team success and engagement.
Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills to foster positive relationships and resolve complex issues.
Advanced organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with ACSG’s system is a plus).
Advantageous: Certificate IV in Business or Business Administration, and experience within the beauty or skincare industry.
