We offer an extensive range of new equipment from small power tools to excavators, rollers, tippers etc. and we achieve our results through our highly engaged people and a shared passion for excellence.
Role responsibilities include:
Supporting the Branch Manager in all leadership and management functions
A responsibility for the growth of the branch, a mix of outbound calls, onsite visits and a critical skill of being able to convert our leads to hires
Developing and maintaining customer relationships and managing the hire process from start to finish.
Maintaining high standards in terms of safety, equipment reliability, branch workflow and cleanliness, and administrative compliance
Ensuring our customers receive exceptional customer service
This role would ideally suit someone with a friendly personality, a broad knowledge of equipment applications and who has a high level of computer literacy.
We need people who have;
A customer focused outlook that delivers service at the top level to our customers.
Strong business acumen and can drive revenue and profit outcomes
In depth knowledge of tools and equipment and their application.
A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and complete multiple tasks independently within required time frames
Proven administrative, organisational, and communication skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
A level of physical fitness as required to complete role requirements
A driver's license and a proven safe driving record
