Seeking the right Architect / Senior Draftsperson to join our vibrant and dedicated team. In this role you will work with our in house architect team and will be managing onshore and offshore team to create and deliver the creative vision for each project, leading from inception of design to the completion of build.

You will work in a collaborative team environment with our sales team, colour consultant and our construction team, benefiting from the experience of following the project through to completion of the build.

Requirements

Have a minimum of 3 years experience working on residential projects in Australia - experience in residential drafting, ideally with custom homes. (applicants without this experience will not be considered)

Excellent Revit skills is a MUST.

Strong understanding and working knowledge of the NCC & Relevant Australian Standards.

Current valid drivers licence

Drafting qualifications (including design and siting experience)

Tertiary qualification in either Architecture, Building Design or Drafting.

Be able to perform well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workload to meet firm deadlines.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database management.
