Responsibilities:

• To increase the company's clientele, actively seek out and explore potential new business prospects with the commercial construction sector.
• Expand relationships with existing clients for growth opportunities
• Lead discussions with prospective clients regarding contract terms.
• To find and draw qualified individuals in line with open job positions, talent should be sourced through a variety of channels, including networking, job boards, and social media.
• To ensure a seamless onboarding process and a healthy talent pool, establish and develop relationships with both candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in the WA recruitment or labour hire sector, either in a BD role or running a 360 desk
• A outstanding network of contact in the construction sector.
