What’s the role about?

• Manage a portfolio of only 130 properties that will grow to 260 properties over the next couple of months, alongside a dedicated Property Manager and Virtual Assistant (VA).
• Service landlords and tenants
• NO routines, NO ingoings and NO administrative tasks
• Managing a virtual assistant, property manager and collaborating with a strong, close-knit team.
• NCAT & Tribunal

What we’re looking for:

• Previous property management experience
• COR qualification – essential for the role.
• Experience with ALO systems would be an advantage!
• A proactive, team-driven mindset and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.
