Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager / Team Lead to takeover a small portfolio of up to 100 residential properties. This position is available to those who are looking to advance their career and manage a small, tight-knit team of property managers.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of up to 100 properties
- Delegate workflow and manage a small team of property managers
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintain client relationships
- Routine inspections and reports (as required, support provided)
- Lease renewals

Work side by side in a supportive team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, supportive team
