Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a prestigious residential property portfolio with professionalism and efficiency of 180
• Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent communication and client satisfaction.
• Handle leasing, rent reviews, renewals, and arrears management to maintain high occupancy rates.
• Coordinate maintenance, and resolve tenancy issues.
• Ensure full compliance with legislative requirements and industry regulations.
• Work closely with leasing agents, administrative staff, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend NCAT hearings and handle dispute resolutions when required.
• No ingoing's or outgoing's

Who You Are:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in property management, with a strong background in a senior role.
• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (NSW).
• In-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and property management best practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior staff.
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., PropertyMe, REST, or similar).
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
