Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, ensuring their properties are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the leasing team and two administration team members to provide top-notch service.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, landlords, and tenants, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in portfolio management. Senior or team leader experience is highly valued.
• Skills: Strong understanding of property management, impeccable time management, and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Communication: Excellent and clear communication skills to interact effectively with clients, landlords, and tenants.
• Technology: Proficiency in Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express, and Microsoft 365.
• Reliability: Demonstrated professionalism and exceptional time management skills.
• Qualifications: Current Real Estate Licence Class 2 or Certificate of Registration. Experience with Trust Accounts is a plus.
