The Position

In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the day-to-day management a medium-sized portfolio of 160 managements- Luxury apartments across the CBD (all walking distance)
• NO accounts or maintenance responsibilities
• Benefit from the support of an exceptional team of property managers
• Build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
• Manage day to day property management administration duties
• Dedicated Leasing Consultant for your portfolio
• Tasks including maintenance requests, client communication and tenant management

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

• Previous Property Management experience is a MUST
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Someone who is driven, professionally presented, confident, and customer-focused, we'd love to hear from you
• First class communication and customer service
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
• Impeccable personal presentation
• The ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
