About the Role
Due to our rapid growth, we're looking to hire another Administration & Support Assistant who will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and providing support to both our internal team and clients. This role combines office administration, bookkeeping responsibilities, and some minor frontline support duties.
You will manage general office duties, handle bookkeeping for both our business and some clients, and answer inbound calls from clients. Most of the calls will be related to process help for using Sybiz Vision and Sybiz Visipay. For more complex inquiries, you will liaise with the technical or consulting teams to ensure smooth resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform office administration tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations
Handle bookkeeping duties, including maintaining financial records for both Ashcom and some clients
Answer inbound client calls, providing basic application usage process support for Sybiz Vision and Sybiz Visipay
Triage and escalate more technical queries to the relevant technical or consulting teams
Maintain and organise office records, supplies, and documentation
Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
Prior experience in office administration or bookkeeping
Familiarity with accounting principles and bookkeeping software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide process-related support
An understanding of business processes, and the ability to diagnose and escalate issues
The right to work in Australia
Desirable but Not Essential:
Experience supporting ERP or Payroll systems, preferably Sybiz Vision and Sybiz Visipay
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
An understanding of basic database management
Experience using support ticketing software (preferably Freshdesk)
