We are excited to announce that we have multiple temporary and ongoing openings for Administration Support Officer and Executive Assistant – Clerk Grade 3/4 positions in the Curriculum Directorate.

Administration Support Officer
Executive Assistant
About you
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior management
Key Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
Hold a current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment.
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
