Our Melbourne-based client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Consultant for a 6-month contract to lead change initiatives on a Salesforce implementation project. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce and a proven track record of applying human-centred design principles to change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Apply human-centred design methodologies to ensure user needs and experiences are at the forefront of change initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, engagement, and communication planning to drive alignment and support.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials tailored to diverse user groups.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to identify change impacts and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience as a Change Consultant or Manager, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
• Strong expertise in human-centred design approaches to change management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex change initiatives in large organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in developing and delivering tailored communication and training plans.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
