We are looking for a Change Manager to play a critical role in this successful venture.

About You

You have proven experience in Change Management, Business Integration, or Organisational Development and a strong background in stakeholder management, communication, and training.

With demonstrated success delivering change management within large-scale integration or M&A projects, you've developed a strong ability to gain buy-in from diverse stakeholder groups.

Your familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, or similar frameworks bolsters your effectiveness when working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.

You're well regarded for your strategic thinking, problem solving and collaborative approach.

Whether managing teams or not, you're a strong leader and highly effective communicator with an acute awareness fo your role in the successful change experience and adoption of the broader organisation.

About the Role

The Change Manager is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that support the successful integration project.

This role focuses on ensuring smooth transitions, minimising resistance, and maximising adoption by engaging stakeholders, driving communication efforts, and embedding sustainable change within the organisation.

The Change Manager works closely with senior leadership, project teams, and functional departments to integrate change activities into the broader program of works. This role will support seamless operational continuity and employee engagement throughout the transition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a structured change management framework
  • Identify key areas of disruption and risk related to the integration
  • Develop and execute a communication plan tailored to different audience groups (employees, leadership, clients, partners) to support the integration.
  • Work closely with HR and Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging throughout the integration
  • Define success measures for integration adoption and track progress through readiness assessments
  • Embed change sustainability practices, ensuring that integration efforts deliver long-term value.
  • Provide leadership with ongoing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement post-integration.

Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping direction, enhancing resilience, and driving sustainable business success.
