ASX Services company, requires Senior Change Manage to work in their Melbourne CBD office for a 9-month contract to support a key remediation project with their new Vendor Management System (VMS).

As the Senior Change Manager, you will work with the business focusing on driving supplier compliance, governance, and adoption across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a crucial role in further embedding the platform, ensuring smooth adoption, and addressing any ongoing challenges.
• Develop and execute a change management strategy to support the successful remediation of the VMS platform.
• Engage and collaborate with business unit leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption and compliance.
• Identify and address resistance to change, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Create and implement communication, training, and engagement plans tailored to various business units.
• Work closely with Project Directors, IT teams, and operational leaders to embed new ways of working.
• Monitor change adoption, providing insights and recommendations to ensure long-term success.

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Proven experience in change management within large, complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to influence and bring people on the journey
• Experience in technology implementation projects, ideally involving vendor or supplier management systems.
• Ability to develop training, communication, and engagement strategies that resonate across business units.
• Adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced
