We are in need of an Owners Corporation Team Leader, due to growth & internal team arrangements!

Based in Caulfield area, you will be working in a friendly, modern, office of 15 strata professionals with flexible and understanding senior management, great support and cutting edge software.

You will be managing a team of 6 direct reports whilst managing a small portfolio of approximately 400 lots across 3 properties - the portfolio is kept small to ensure you are able to tend to Team Leader duties.

Ideally we are looking for someone with technical OC experience who can really assist their team with dealing with complex issues such as cladding, sustainability projects, litigations etc.

JOB DUTIES:

- Manage your own small portfolio of 29 properties ~400 lots, residential med-high density.
- Manage a team of 6 OC Managers including one on ones, training, providing assistance, point of escalation etc.
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, assisting with complex properties, cases and situations, your strata knowledge will come in handy here
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, assist with recruitment and agency operational tasks

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, approx, no weekends. Hybrid working arrangement is also available (WFH).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Has 5+ years of strata management experience (essential)
• Managed team of 3+ staff in strata (preferred)
• Good communication skills and admin skills (essential)
• Have completed relevant industry training (essential)
