Located on the stunning esplanade of Coolum Beach, we specialize in both sales and property management while actively supporting local sponsorships and community initiatives. Our office environment is fun, easy-going, and filled with a passion for real estate.

To support our Property Managers, we have Virtual Assistants (VAs) handling administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on client relationships and delivering exceptional service. We also utilize PropertyMe, making communication with clients, colleagues, and contractors efficient and effective.

Your Responsibilities:

Leadership and management of Virtual Assistants

Managing tenancies with a strong relationship focus

Coordinating property inspections

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Landlord communication and reporting

Collaborating with a supportive and experienced team

Working Hours:

Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

What We’re Looking For:

Real Estate Certificate (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management (preferred)

A valid driver’s license (Company cars provided during work hours)

Familiarity with PropertyMe and Agentbox (advantageous but not essential)
