In this short-term contract role, you will be responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality bid submissions for an innovative architecture and design practice. For approximately 6-8 weeks, you will work closely with the design team to create visually striking and persuasive proposal documents that showcase the studio's capabilities across various sectors.
Working within a multidisciplinary studio known for its approach to creating thoughtful, impactful spaces across workplace, education, healthcare, and civic projects, you will be joining a collaborative team that values quality, innovation, and a human-centered approach to design. The practice is recognized for delivering successful projects that respond to their context and create meaningful experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end bid submission process
Create professional, visually appealing proposal documents using InDesign
Collaborate with architects and designers to compile project information and imagery
Edit and format content to create cohesive, compelling narratives
Ensure submissions meet client requirements and deadlines
Maintain and update bid libraries and templates
Research potential opportunities and project requirements
Coordinate with external consultants as required for submission content
Ensure brand consistency across all submission materials
Provide administrative support for the bid process
Skills and Experience
4-5 years' experience in bid coordination, preferably within architecture, design, or construction
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite
Strong graphic design skills with excellent typography and layout abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
