This interior & architecture practice in Melbourne's CBD (in an Art Deco Building) has an amazing 6 week opportunity for an ArchiCAD proficent Documenter or Designer for a high-end hospitality project to start in 2 weeks! This practcie specialise in retail, hospo, workplace and high-end residential projects. They are a close-knit team with great mentors!

Key Responsibilities

• Document a high-end hospitality project (210sqm)
• Work under the Project Leaders, and have assistance from junior staff
• Coordinate and produce documentation package across architecture and interiors in ArchiCAD
• Collaborate with the team and consultants

Skills & Experience

• Masters degree qualification in Architecture or Technician degree
• Minimum 3 years post grad experience - hospitality experience required
• Good understanding of BCA and relevant construction based Australian Standards and Building Codes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience coordinating with consultants and 3D model
• Extensive proficency in ArchiCAD software
