About Us:

Based in Keysborough this manufacturing business employs 20 staff from office, factory to installation and provides the end-to-end service of commercial windows and doors to building and construction industry around Melbourne.

As a Project Manager you are responsible for overseeing and managing commercial projects from inception to completion and you will have an Administrative Assistant who will assist you in the day-to-day administration activities. This role involves coordinating and managing various aspects of the manufacturing and installation of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage projects to meet budget and timeframe deadlines
• General observation of the site to provide ongoing updates during and after installation
• Coordinate design with builders and drafters, ensuring seamless integration
• Liaise with clients, site managers, installers and factory staff
• Prepare estimation, conduct product and pricing research, and manage equipment delivery schedules
• Ensure accuracy in schedules and shop drawings, addressing discrepancies promptly

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in project management with a strong commercial understanding
• Detailed understanding of manufacturing processes of windows and doors
• Technical capabilities, installation techniques with attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership capability and effective communication skills
• Proficient in using V6 software and tools to streamline operations
