About the role

As a Project Manager at Ultimate Chippy, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction fit-out projects throughout Melbourne. Working in a full-time capacity from our office in Carnegie VIC 3163, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion to meet the company's high standards and client expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including architects, tradespeople, and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and translate them into successful project outcomes
• Managing project budgets and resources to deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets
• Providing leadership and guidance to junior project team members

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, in particular Fit-outs
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Familiarity with construction regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
